Los Angeles magazine’s The Food Event 2026 is a 3-hour culinary festival at Calamigos Ranch in Malibu on October 4. It brings together dozens of restaurants, wineries, breweries, spirits brands and sponsors, with unlimited samplings included.
What I think is especially useful for GBC Club is the business model:
They create one big event, then fill it with participants
Instead of the organizer having to provide everything themselves, they bring in:
- Restaurants
- Beverage brands
- Sponsors
- Vendors
- Special experiences
- A recognizable venue
- Media/brand promotion
There are currently dozens of restaurant participants listed, plus numerous wineries and beverage brands.
